At this stage, the program is not eligible for a rebate from Medicare or health insurance, although we are working to change this.
All in-person sessions are held at 360B Lygon Street, Brunswick East, within the Listen to Your Body and MD Exercise Physiology fitness studio. Additionally, a component of the program will be conducted online virtually.

The program offers three available group times each week that are accessible to all participants. At the beginning of the program, we will consider personal preferences and allow clients to make up missed sessions if necessary, with a medical certificate from your General Practitioner.

Due to the limited spots available, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we are happy to organise a supplementary extension for the exercise physiology and/or personal training sessions where applicable.
Absolutely. We have extensive experience in caring for people with a wide range of conditions and abilities. Our aim is to ensure this program is inclusive for the majority of people. You will have an individual exercise program developed for you and be supervised in small groups, allowing us to accommodate various abilities.
Additionally, we ask that all participants consult with their GP prior to starting the program to establish suitability and clarify any limitations with our team.
