He has collaborated with renowned health professionals in Melbourne, including the esteemed Next Generation Academy in St Kilda, and has gained valuable experience during his tenures at Northern and Caufield Hospitals. Additionally, Locky has dedicated over six years as a personal trainer across various Listen To Your Body studios.
Driven by his passion, Locky is committed to delivering exercise therapy to individuals across diverse populations, aiming to enhance their daily functioning and provide relief from symptoms when needed. With his extensive experience spanning a wide range of pathologies, he offers accessible treatment options for individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, as well as those requiring specialized exercise programs for neurological, cancer, metabolic, or cardiovascular conditions.
Jessica earned her accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist following her completion of a Master of Clinical Exercise Science and Rehabilitation at Victoria University in 2022. She also holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from the same institution.
Jessica has garnered extensive experience in both public health and private clinic settings. Additionally, she developed specialised skills in strength and conditioning through an internship with the Richmond Football Club.
