Locky is an experienced and highly qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Deakin University. As the lead exercise physiologist and co-founder of MD Exercise Physiology, Locky has established and now oversees operations at both the Brunswick East and Williamstown locations, providing expert care in chronic disease management, cancer rehabilitation, and injury recovery.
With a strong foundation in both athletic high performance and pathology-specific rehabilitation, Locky has collaborated with leading health professionals and institutions across Melbourne. His professional experience includes working with the esteemed Next Generation Academy in St Kilda and gaining valuable clinical exposure at Northern and Caulfield Hospitals. Prior to his Exercise Physiology journey, he was a personal trainer for Listen to Your Body for 7 years.

Jessica is a highly experienced and accomplished Accredited Exercise Physiologist, holding a Master of Clinical Exercise Science and Rehabilitation from Victoria University.
She has extensive expertise in both public health and private clinical settings across Victoria, delivering evidence-based exercise interventions to a diverse range of clients. Jessica further enhanced her knowledge in strength and conditioning through an internship with the Richmond Football Club, where she worked alongside elite athletes and education providers to optimise performance and knowledge of human physiology.
Specialising in women’s health, Jessica is passionate about supporting women at all stages of life. She is keenly interested in pre-and post-natal care, helping women maintain strength, stability, and overall health during and after pregnancy. Jessica also provides targeted exercise interventions to address the unique challenges of menopause, empowering women to navigate this stage with improved bone health, strength, and energy. Jessica is also highly experienced in managing balance and joint-related issues, helping clients restore stability, reduce pain, decrease the risk of falls and regain confidence in their mobility.

Specialising in the management of metabolic conditions, particularly diabetes, Zac is passionate about helping individuals improve their health and manage chronic conditions through tailored exercise programs. He has a strong background in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, with a focus on shoulder function and low back pain, providing targeted treatment plans to help patients recover, regain mobility, and prevent future injury.

Nakshu is a passionate and experienced Accredited Exercise Physiologist, holding a Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Deakin University.
Her primary area of interest lies in working with middle-aged and older adults, helping them navigate the challenges of ageing with confidence and independence. Nakshu specialises in healthy ageing, chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation, and promoting long-term function and autonomy in daily life through structured, evidence-based exercise. She has a strong clinical interest in addressing age-related changes in bone health, muscular strength, balance, and fatigue, with an emphasis on improving function, quality of life, and confidence as people move through the later stages of life.
Nakshu has consistently worked toward her passions throughout her career. Her experience includes roles with ACE Performance, Body Fit Training, and Monash Sport, where she specialised in strength and conditioning. She has also refined her clinical skills as an Exercise Physiologist through positions across multiple private clinics and hospital settings in Victoria. In addition, she has volunteered as a coach with Special Olympics Australia, driven by her passion for working with neurological and mental health conditions.
At the heart of her work is a strong belief in making people feel seen, heard, and supported. Nakshu is committed to delivering high-quality care that not only improves physical health, but also enhances confidence, well-being, and overall quality of life.

Sarah is an experienced dual-qualified clinician, having completed her Master’s in Physiotherapy in 2025 after initially graduating as an Exercise Physiologist in 2014. She has worked extensively in private practice with a strong focus on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, long-term prevention, and promoting a healthy, movement-driven lifestyle.
Her clinical philosophy is to approach each individual as a whole, with a strong emphasis on movement quality—regardless of the presenting condition.
Sarah also holds a Diploma in Clinical Rehabilitation Pilates from Polestar Pilates (completed in 2016) and has successfully used Pilates to support clients ranging from adolescent dancers to older adults, with a particular interest in spinal pathologies.
By combining her expertise in both physiotherapy and exercise physiology, Sarah delivers integrated, evidence-based care to help clients overcome injuries, improve movement, and achieve long-term results.
